Labs and Medications

We constantly search for the best labratory prices and medications to help lower the cost of your care. Our lab prices can be accessed by dowloading this PDF and our medication prices can be accessed by downloading this PDF.

For patients not using insurance, a $50 additional clinic fee will be charged for each lab encounter. (Includes ordering and result interpretation by provider).

For patients not currently enrolled in the Direct Pay Membership or the Hormone & Weight Loss clinics, an additional $50 fee will be added for each ordering / refill of medication(s).

A La-Carte Management

Confused on which payment method is best for you? Take advantage of your FREE initial phone consult where provider will determine costs per patient’s preferences for services, labs, and medications.

Patients not using insurance will be charged minimum $99 for establishing care for any of the following services:

  • Sexual health management

  • Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV management with both oral and long-acting injectables treatments.

  • HIV management with both oral and long-acting injectable treatments

  • Hepatitis C management and curative treatment

  • Hepatitis B management

  • Mental Health management

  • Addiction management, including both oral and long-acting injectable treatments for opioid use disorder.

  • High-resolution anascopy (HRA) for anal cancer screening and treatment of precancerous lesions

  • Personal physical fitness training

  • Various pharmaceuticals and vitamin supplementations / infusions to address individualized needs and overall wellness.
